This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and UverseAI ("Company") governing your use of the CreatAI mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. License Grant
UverseAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. App Usage
By using CreatAI, you agree to abide by the following terms:
- Compliance with our content guidelines, including the prohibition of NSFW or illegal sexual images.
- You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. User Data and Privacy
- The App collects personal data, including email, name, phone number, date of birth, and photos you upload to generate images.
- You consent to the collection, use, and storage of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Users have the right to request deletion of all related data and images through the App.
4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
- The App may offer subscription services, which will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
- Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their account settings after purchase.
- UverseAI follows the refund policies of Google Play and Apple App Store. Please refer to their respective policies for details.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please refer to their guidelines for information on eligibility and process.
- A grace period for late payments may be offered as per the policies of the respective app stores.
6. Ad Display
- The App uses AdMob to display ads. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements, which may be personalized based on your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes or issues will be addressed through our ticketing system, promoting efficient conflict resolution.
- In case of any legal dispute, this Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada.
8. App Updates
- UverseAI strives to improve the App continually. Users will be informed of updates within the App, which may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, and security improvements.
- Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes.
9. Termination
- UverseAI reserves the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users of the App or the Company.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. UverseAI does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, UverseAI will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
